We are so proud of James Arwyn-Jones, Norrie disease Surgeon Scientist PhD for receiving the prize for best Otology oral presentation at the BACO 2026 conference in Glasgow.
James presented the work he has been doing in Prof. Sowden's lab at UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health with Aara Patel and the team.
The presentation showcased their preclinical development of an intracochlear gene therapy for hearing loss in Norrie disease.
